WB Solitaire Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

WB Solitaire (World’s Best Solitaire) is a mobile game made by NunnCurtis Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at support@nunncurtislabs.com.

The short version

  • Your games, stats and settings stay on your phone.
  • The game shows one small banner ad from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising ID and related information to show and measure ads.
  • The game sends Google Analytics for Firebase a few gameplay events, such as when a game ends, so we can see what players enjoy.
  • If the game crashes or hits an error, it sends us a technical error report through Sentry so we can fix it. These reports don't include your name, email or contacts.
  • If you sign in to Google Play Games, your achievements are saved to your Play Games profile, and a backup of your stats can be saved to your Google account so they survive a new phone.
  • Clips and challenge links are shared only when you choose to share them.
  • The game has no accounts of its own and no chat. Its one optional purchase, Remove ads, is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat.

Information kept on your device

The game saves your settings, the game you're playing, your stats and records, a history of your recent games (which game, the deal, whether you won, time and moves, and the moves of recent wins so you can watch them again), your Daily Deal calendar and your milestones in the app's storage on your phone.

We don't receive this information. Android may include it in your phone's backup to your Google account, under your backup settings. Uninstalling the game deletes it from your phone.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and use:

  • your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
  • your approximate location (from your IP address)
  • information about how you use the game, such as ad views and taps
  • basic device information and diagnostics

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and some US states), the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings, Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Ads are limited to content rated suitable for general audiences with parental guidance. Google's use of this information is covered by Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and its explanation of how it uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Game statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To learn which games people enjoy and where they stop playing, the game sends Google Analytics for Firebase a small set of gameplay events: when a game starts and ends (with the score, how long it took and whether it was won), when a walkthrough is finished, when a card lands on a foundation, when More games is opened, and which screen is showing. Firebase adds basic device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, approximate country) and an app instance ID. These events contain no name, email, contacts or precise location, and we don't use them to identify you. Google's privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and its explanation of how Firebase handles data is at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Crash and error reports (Sentry)

When the game crashes or hits an error, it sends a report to Sentry, a service we use to find and fix problems. A report contains technical details only: what went wrong and where in the game's code, the game version, your phone's model and Android version, and the screen you were on. It doesn't include your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location, and we don't use it for advertising. Sentry may process your IP address to receive the report but does not store it with the report. Reports are kept for up to 90 days. Sentry's privacy policy is at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

Google Play Games

If you're signed in to Google Play Games on your phone, the game unlocks achievements on your Play Games profile and saves a copy of your stats, records and game history as a saved game in your Google account, so they come back if you reinstall or move to a new phone. This is handled by Google under your Google account and Google's privacy policy. We see only achievement counts that Google reports to developers, not your personal information or your saved game. You can manage Play Games sign-in, visibility and saved data in the Play Games app.

Clips and challenge links

After a win you can make a short video of the end of your game and share it, or share a link that challenges a friend to the same deal. The video is made on your phone and saved in the app's temporary storage; nothing is sent anywhere unless you pick an app to share it with in your phone's share sheet. A challenge link contains only the game and the deal number. What happens after you share is up to the app you share with.

Remove ads purchase (RevenueCat)

You can pay once to remove ads. Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm the purchase and to restore it if you reinstall the game or move to a new phone. To do that, RevenueCat receives a random ID the game creates (not your name or email), the purchase details Google Play sends (the product, the price and currency, the date, and an order ID), your phone's model and operating system, the game version and your IP address. We use this only to give you what you paid for and to count sales. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

After you buy Remove ads, the game stops loading ads, so Google AdMob no longer receives information from it.

Rating prompt

After some wins the game may ask you to rate it, using Google Play's in-app review. Your rating and review go to Google Play under its terms; we don't see who left them.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your personal information.
  • We don't ask you to create an account or give us your name, email, phone number or contacts.
  • We don't use precise location, your camera, your microphone or your files.

Children

WB Solitaire is meant for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

  • Change ad consent at any time in Settings, Ad privacy choices.
  • Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
  • Erase your game data by uninstalling the game, or by clearing the app's storage in your phone's settings.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, or to object to how it's used. Email us at support@nunncurtislabs.com and we'll help. For data held by Google (ads, Play Games and saved games), use Google's tools at https://myaccount.google.com.

Security

Information sent by the game to Google and Sentry is encrypted in transit.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version at this address with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's release notes.
