Jason brings 10 years in the wine industry and 15 years in technology — from production-side roles to the back-office systems that quietly run a winery. Over his career he’s worked with hundreds of wineries, and he leads AI consulting at the studio: roadmaps, audits, training, and team enablement.

He believes the best technology is the kind that recedes — doing useful work while staying out of the way of the people doing the actual job.

Jennifer leads product and software work — shaping what we build, and shipping it carefully. She came to wine from years of product work in regulated, operationally complex industries.

She is the reason our applications feel like they were made by someone who has worked a real shift, and the quiet force that keeps the studio small on purpose.
