Five phases. Two paths depending on whether you’ve got writing samples handy: extract a draft spec from existing writing, or run a structured interview if you don’t. Then a draft review pass, a six-piece blind test you have to fail before shipping, and an install step that wires it into your Claude setup.
The artifact: a 1,500 to 2,500-word markdown file covering identity, eight to twelve voice dimensions with examples, signature vocabulary, anti-patterns (the highest-leverage section), sentence rhythm, and channel overlays for email, docs, social, and internal messaging.
